Stream I · Sean’s Hands Stay On

The Drake Council.

A year-long apex relationship for high-output men. Not a clinic. Not a package. Not a coaching program. A seat at the table of twelve.

Men only. High-output. Already winning. Hitting a ceiling more strategy can’t crack.

The CEO who has scaled the company and now feels his nervous system can’t hold what he built. The veteran professional athlete extending his career and protecting the next contract. The founder whose body is starting to send the bill for ten years of pushing through. The man who knows something deeper is in the way and is ready to be told what it actually is.

The Council is not for anyone shopping. It is not for anyone comparing. It is not for anyone who wants a menu. The application process exists specifically to filter those men out before they reach Sean.

A Different Product

It is not a clinic with a fancier label.

A clinic gives you

  • An appointment slot
  • A reception desk
  • Insurance billing
  • A treatment that ends when the hour does
  • A practitioner with no skin in your year

The Council gives you

  • A twelve-month relationship
  • A five-day private entry intensive
  • Quarterly Council gatherings with peers
  • Monthly direct access to Sean between gatherings
  • A protocol that’s defended for a year, not a session

One year. Three rhythms. One discipline.

The Council runs on a fixed cadence engineered to make the work compound rather than wear off. Sean has refined this rhythm across two decades of treating the highest performers in the world — it is not theory, it is what made the work stick.

The Entry Intensive — Three to Five Days

In person, just Sean and the man. Full-system assessment. The Drake Method applied at its full depth. The man leaves with one diagnosis, one protocol, and one identity-level commitment for the year ahead. This is the discipline of one delivered at its highest pressure setting.

Quarterly Council Gatherings

The same twelve men, same year, four gatherings. Each gathering re-assesses, recalibrates, sharpens. The men train each other as much as Sean trains them — the peer effect is structural, not incidental.

Monthly Direct Access

A standing protocol-check between gatherings. Voice memo or call. The work does not disappear in the months between intensives because the relationship does not.

The Two Seats

There are five seats. There are twelve seats. There are no others.

Both tiers are men-only, by application, twelve-month commitments. Pricing is named here, plainly, the way an apex brand should — not buried, not gamified, not on a sales call.

Council · Cohort

The Drake Council

Twelve men, one year, four quarterly Council gatherings, one monthly group call. The group format is structural — the peer dynamic is part of what makes the work hold.

$30,000 annual · twelve seats

The application is part of the work.

Expect twenty to thirty minutes. The application asks who you are, what you have been carrying, where you suspect the bottleneck is, and what specifically you would put on the table for the year. It is not a lead form. It is read by Sean, and where it warrants a conversation, you will be invited into one.

If the fit is right, an offer for a seat follows. If the fit is wrong, you will hear that too — promptly and without theatrics. The Council protects its size precisely because the size is what makes the work work.
